Accepted Methods of Verification

Customers can verify their age using one of the following government-issued identification methods:

1. New Zealand Driver's Licence
2. New Zealand Passport
3. Australian Driver's Licence

Information Required for Verification

To complete the age verification process, you will need to provide:

• Full Name
• Driver's Licence or Passport Number and expiry date & version number
• Date of Birth

This information will be used to perform a real-time check against government databases to confirm your age.

Data Privacy and Security

Upon successful age verification, your account will be marked as "Age Verified" along with the verification date. We do not retain your Driver's Licence or Passport number after verification. This information is only used temporarily to perform the check and is not stored in our systems, ensuring your personal information is protected and your privacy is maintained.

Returning Customers

For returning customers, our system will recognize your "Age Verified" status, allowing for a streamlined purchasing process. There is no need to re-verify your age with each purchase once your account has been verified.
